I offer a variety of health coaching programs - for every busy schedule and every budget. Most of my programs offer private sessions as well a personalized nutrition and movement plan. Calorie counting, food tracking, fasting and weigh-ins aren't for everyone. We will work together to find the best way to support your nutrition needs and goals.

I have placed an emphasis on helping women over the age of 40 lose weight, feel great and age gracefully, while also fueling their workouts in this next phase of life.
