I offer a variety of different running and personal training programs with affordable rates and flexible scheduling. My programs are designed with your schedule and fitness level in mind to help you achieve each of your running and personal fitness goals.

I meet with many of my clients on a weekly or monthly basis.
Personal Training or Running Sessions:
Private session (30 mins) - $25 (one person)
Private session (60 mins) - $35 (one person)
Private running + fitness session (90 mins) - $60 (one person)
Small group session (60 mins) - $50 (two persons)
Small group session (60 mins) - $60 (three persons)
For fitness parties, birthday parties and private classes, contact me for rates and options.
I offer two options to enhance the wellness program at your office or place of employment. No experience is necessary for either of these programs.
A minimum of eight participants is required for either class.
Couch to 5K:
- weekly group runs for nine weeks (45 mins)
- race day coaching at a local 5K
- nine week training program
- education on form, stretching, injury prevention and hydration
- unlimited support and accountability from your certified running coach
$99/person or $1250 agency rate
Introduction to Strength & Core Training:
- weekly group workout for eight weeks (45 mins)
- workouts provided to complete at home
- proper former and technique; modifications provided
- equipment provided
- unlimited support and accountability from your certified personal trainer
$75/person or $1000 agency rate
