1. Much of your success is about the environment that you choose. A major factor associated with your environment is choosing a time of day that works best for YOU. We will work together to select a time of day when you move your best. This will make you most successful with getting to our weekly workouts together. Most clients commit to a weekly time slot with me; though I do meet with some clients bi-weekly or twice a week.
  2. I specialize in working with busy women just like you. I try to make your movement sessions efficient. We will work together on your personal goals, as well as my goals for you as a client. My goal is to make you challenged with each session and feel accomplished. I find a balance: having you step outside of your comfort zone, but keeping things familiar and unintimidating.
  3. You will never get bored! Each time we meet you will see a few familiar exercises, but I also incorporate many new exercises and challenges to switch up your routine. You will never see the same workout twice.
  4. You will get even more variety, working out in the studio space, the cardio room and outdoors. Virtual workouts are also an option when clients are ill, traveling or have childcare limitations.
  5. I prescribe workouts, based on much of the equipment that you already have access to at home. There isn’t any big, intimidating equipment in my studio. Many exercises will use light weights, high repetitions, fun props and your bodyweight to challenge yourself and make you stronger. I develop workouts that can easily be repeated during the week, when you are working out at home on your own.
  6. If you’ve forgotten how to properly execute any of the exercises that we worked on together, many of the exercises that you have completed (and more!) can be viewed anytime on my YouTube channel.
  7. You are never in a long-term contract with your sessions. Client sessions are booked out monthly. The next month’s sessions are confirmed at the end of the prior month. You are only invoiced for those sessions that you are scheduled for.
  8. You will receive personalized text reminder from me each week to remind you of your session. You may also receive random accountability check-ins from me or personal challenges throughout the month.
  9. Each client has the option to complete weekly weigh-ins and have monthly full body measurements taken.
  10. Communication is key – and goes two ways. I am constantly checking-in with clients on injuries and life circumstances. But I am also checking-in to see if they have something new that they would like to work on, if there are exercises that they aren’t enjoying or if there is something that I can improve on to make me a better trainer.
