Print out these twelve exercise cards and have your family work through sets of three and seventeen repetitions of each exercises. The awesome thing is that these exercises don't require any equipment - which is perfect for our at home situation right now. Get out those craft supplies and have the kids get creative by cutting out shamrocks and coloring them.
