Do you have a gym membership, but aren’t quite sure where to start? Do you have equipment available at home that isn’t getting used? Let me help you figure out how to use the equipment that you have access to and how to use it safely, as you reach your goals!
After completing a brief survey, I will meet you at YOUR starting point and develop three separate strength training programs over twelve weeks (one each month).
These programs are hand-written in a list format. While you get comfortable with the exercises, you can follow along to the easy-to-follow videos and tutorials on your mobile device. All exercises will use your bodyweight and any equipment that you have access to. You do not need to purchase additional equipment.
Participants will also receive a packet of resources and tips for new and seasoned exercisers. This program also includes weekly text accountability check-ins from a certified running coach.
