Totally Toned for Women – Outdoors - Saturday Mornings
Starts Saturday, June 8 8:30 – 9:15 am, Park locations in Sun Prairie and Madison area

Tone the arms, legs and core with a series of effective exercises using minimal equipment and your bodyweight. Each week a new routine will be programmed. Women should bring a yoga mat and a set of light hand weights (2-5 pounds). Soup cans and water bottles will also work well.

The group will meet at a series of parks in the Sun Prairie and Madison area. These classes will be at the same location as the Saturday morning Moving Forward Run/Walk group. If weather is not favorable, an indoor class will be held at Running Diva Mom Studio in downtown Sun Prairie.

There will be nine sessions and each week a new series of exercises will be programmed.

Session dates: June 8, 15, 29, July 6, 13, 20, August 10, 17, 24 (no class June 22, July 27, August 3)
