This efficient full body workout will take approximately fourty-five minutes to complete while you’re at the gym. The program includes 10 exercises that will hit every part of your body – while you strengthen, tone and tighten these areas. While you get comfortable with the exercises, you can follow along to the easy-to-follow videos and tutorials on your mobile device.

Participants will also receive a packet of resources and tips for new and seasoned exercisers. This program also includes a text accountability check-in from a certified running coach and personal trainer to answer questions and provide modifications.
