Arms & Abs for Women – Wednesday Evenings
Wednesdays, 5:15-6:00 pm
Starts January 11 | Ends March 15
10 sessions: January 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, March 1, 8, 15

Women will tone their arms and shoulders and strengthen their core with a series of effective exercises using minimal equipment and their bodyweight. Each week we will also work through a series of posture exercises. Participants will leave the studio feeling stronger and taller after these sessions. Each week a new routine will be programmed. All equipment provided.
