Fitness in the Park
Run/Walk + Outdoor Fitness Class for Women
Starts June 23 | Wednesdays, 6:00-7:15 pm | $99
Join other women from the Sun Prairie community for a thirty minute evening run/walk on various trails. Group will complete their run/walk workout on various parks and trails, followed by a full body strength class that will also include balance, injury prevention and stretching at local parks. Locations will rotate. Please bring a set of light hand weights (2-5 lbs), a yoga mat/towel and water bottle to class. All paces, abilities and walkers welcome. Classes are on Wednesday evenings at 6:00-7:15 pm.
