Ready for spring?! Several of my personal training clients will be completing this "hop to it" workout. Twelve Easter eggs are filled with fun, surprise workouts. Each egg contains two strength or cardio exercises, followed by a series of "hops" for some added cardio.

And you and your kids can complete it at home, too. Just grab a set of dumbbells, a stability ball and a chair.
