So, I have onboarded several new clients and met a lot of new faces in classes this summer and fall. I thoroughly enjoy my job, my role in your health and wellness routine and bringing joy to your workouts. If you've ever wondered what parts of my day brings me the most joy or what my workouts might look like during the week -- here's a little insight. Make a list like this for yourself -- and add more of this to your days ahead.
