Start with small changes. Start with a walk around your block instead of focusing on that 5K goal. Get up ten minutes early instead of an hour. Replace one can of soda with a glass of water. Focus on tracking one meal instead of completing a full food diary the first day. It's taken a long time to get out routines and developing your current habits. It's also going to take some time to embrace a healthy lifestyle with new habits, healthy choices, and new routines. These fitness and weightloss worksheets should also make you aware of your limits. If you're not a morning person, try focusing on an evening fitness routine. If your family is on the go, you can still fit dining out into your meal plan. Just plan ahead and make healthy, conscious choices ahead of time.
