This undesk the body fitness video package includes sixteen 45 minute videos that were recorded with a live virtual class. Each class includes a fifteen minute full body dynamic warm-up, a new thirty minute fitness routine and follows with stretching. These workouts are programmed with every fitness level in mind, using minimal equipment and modifications will be provided. These primary focus of these “desk break” sessions is to work on proper core engagement, while improving your posture, balance and range of motion with gentle exercises and dynamic stretching.
