Power Hour for Women – Tuesday Mornings
Starts Tuesday, April 1, 5:15-6:15 am, Running Diva Mom Studio
Rise and shine and get your workout out of the way early. Women will work with a variety of resistance techniques and equipment as they work on hypertrophy, toning and elevate their heart rate with a station-based workout at Running Diva Mom Studio in downtown Sun Prairie. These one hour medium to high impact classes will be led by a certified personal trainer who will teach participants proper form and basic movement and breathing patterns. This format will be fun and functional in a safe, welcoming environment.
There will be ten sessions and each week a new series of exercises will be programmed.
Session dates: April 1, 8, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10 (no class April 15)
