Indoor/Outdoor - Totally Toned for Women – Tuesday Mornings
Starts Tuesday, May 28, 5:15-6:00 am, Running Diva Mom Studio

Rise and shine and get your workout out of the way early. Women will work with a variety of resistance techniques and props as they work on strengthening, toning, balance and flexibility in both the indoor and outdoor setting this summer in downtown Sun Prairie. These low impact classes will be led by a certified personal trainer who will help participants work on proper form and basic movement patterns. This format will be fun and functional in a safe, welcoming environment. Most classes will include a combination of indoor and outdoor activities. Classes will be held indoors when the weather is unfavorable.

There will be thirteen sessions and each week a new series of exercises will be programmed.

Session dates: May 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23, August 6, 13, 20, 27 (no class July 30)
