Description

This totally toned fitness video package includes fourteen 45 minute videos that were recorded with a live virtual class. Each class includes a fifteen minute full body dynamic warm-up, a new thirty minute fitness routine and follows with stretching. Participants will work with a variety of resistance techniques, with light weights and bands, as they work on strengthening, toning, and improving their balance and range of motion. These low impact classes will be led by a certified personal trainer who will help participants work on proper form and basic movement patterns. These workouts are programmed with every fitness level in mind, using minimal equipment and modifications will be provided.
