Spring Training Movement + Spring Cleaning Accountability Group

Take a step forward this spring and embrace your own personal spring training challenge. Get yourself moving for thirty minutes for thirty days. You’ll also complete thirty organizing and cleaning projects during the month of April. Each day will have “spring training” movement options and “spring cleaning” tasks to complete. Participants will receive a monthly challenge calendar and will participate via a private Facebook accountability group with daily reminders to complete their tasks. Running and equipment are not required for this challenge.
