September Plank + Core Accountability Program
Program runs: Sept 1-30

During the month of September, accountability group participants will receive thirty short, daily core workouts and a daily plank challenge. Core workouts can be completed at home or at the gym or as a mid-day desk break. Participants will also be given fun plank challenges each day (based on time, variation, setting and overall fun). Find daily motivation from the accountability group and Running Diva Mom as your certified personal trainer. Participants will also receive four motivational playlists to use during their workouts the month of September.
