Life changes a bit after forty. Am I right?! We have conquered one stage of life and are slowly moving towards a new stage that looks a little unfamiliar. Our bodies and schedules are changing a bit. And it can be a little challenging to adapt or to begin again with movement.

This thirty day program will include daily challenges and accountability from a certified personal trainer and other women – who are all going through similar things!

With this program, you will receive a CUSTOM strength training program (after completion of a short survey) using equipment that you have available at home, access to a private virtual accountability group, a calendar with daily challenges, and weekly at home workout videos -- specifically developed for women ages 40-70 yrs.

Workouts will be no impact and will primarily focus on bone health, building a strong core, toning arms and increasing balance.
