Sweat Squad – May Partner Accountability Group

Program runs: May 1-31

Movement is always more fun and successful with friends! Grab a friend and motivate each other for the month of May with this partner-focused accountability group – with an extra level of support.

Both participants will receive a monthly challenge calendar and will participate via a private Facebook accountability group with daily reminders and encouragement. Thirty different daily strength, cardio and movement challenges will be presented to the group to pick and choose from. All thirty minute workouts will be done at your own pace. Challenges will be completed at home and outdoors together or on your own. Running and equipment are NOT required for this challenge.

Consider registering with your bestie, mother, daughter, neighbor, co-worker or acquaintance who craves more movement in her life. When registering, please include both participants’ names and email addresses in the comments section upon registration.
