Daily Desk Breaks - November Accountability Program
Program runs: November 1 - 30
During the month of November, accountability group participants will receive thirty short, daily movement workouts and challenges. Workouts may be completed from your home office or work space. Some activities will take you outdoors or elsewhere in your building. Challenges will be 5-15 mins in duration and can be used as a way to step away from your workload or get some movement in over your lunch hour.
Find daily motivation from the accountability group and Running Diva Mom as your certified personal trainer. Participants will also receive four motivational playlists to use during their workouts the month of November. Participate virtually from anywhere!
