I enjoy writing about my own personal running journey, bragging about my clients, sharing fitness tips, writing race reports and sharing product/event reviews for active families. I have worked with close to 300 different brands and events to review and share their products and services since 2009.
My family enjoys finding affordable and unique family-friendly adventures, frequents supper clubs and embraces hiking and exploring hidden gems in the Midwest and when we travel.
I am an RRCA Certified Running Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer who has worked with more than 1,500 women and children in the Madison, Wisconsin area. I own a boutique fitness and running studio for women. I have personally completed 60+ half marathons and seventeen marathons and two ultramarathons.
