Description

Do you already have a few 10K races under your belt? Or can you currently run non-stop for sixty minutes? Are you finally ready to push yourself to something a little more challenging – like a full marathon?

This twelve week program will set you up for success, starting with efficient, sixty minute runs -  with four workouts per week. After twelve weeks you will be completing the marathon distance (26.2 miles), by running approximately 4-5.5 hours non-stop at your own pace. This is not a customized program, but is easy to follow. Participants will also receive a packet of resources and tips for new and seasoned runners on hydrating, stretching, injury prevention and more. This program also includes weekly text accountability check-ins from a certified running coach.
