Description
Are you looking to run your first 5K (3.1 miles)? Or are you looking for a comfortable way to ease back into running? This ten week program will set you up for success, starting with short run/walk intervals with three workouts per week. After ten weeks you will be completing the 5K distance, by running 30-45 minutes non-stop at your own pace. This is not a customized program, but is easy to follow. Participants will also receive a packet of resources and tips for new runners on hydrating, stretching, injury prevention and more. This program also includes weekly text accountability check-ins from a certified running coach.
