Join Running Diva Mom on Wednesday mornings for this slower-paced session under dim lights. We will slowly wake our bodies with this efficient thirty minute workout. This is a no impact class -- using primarily your body weight during dynamic movements. Light weights and resistance bands will also be incorporated. Posture exercises will also be included to each class, to keep you feeling taller during the rest of your busy day.
There will be ten sessions and each week a new series of exercises will be programmed.
Session dates: January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19, March 5, 12, 19 (no session February 26)
