Fall into Fitness BINGO - October Accountability Program
Program runs: October 1-31

During the month of October, accountability group participants will receive thirty short, daily movement workouts and challenges. Workouts may be completed at home or at the gym or as a mid-day desk break. Some challenges will also task participants to take their workouts outdoors. Participants will also be given fun movement challenges each day (based on time, variation, setting and overall fun). Participants will need a set of light hand weights.

Find daily motivation from the accountability group and Running Diva Mom as your certified personal trainer. Participants will also receive four motivational playlists to use during their workouts the month of October. Participate virtually from anywhere!
