I try to update my running playlists on a monthly basis. This keeps me motivated and my current playlists from becoming stale. I have different tunes that I like running with and others that I enjoy listening to during strength training. The beat helps me push myself and the lyrics move me in other ways, too. Sometimes, I even put on slower songs with moving lyrics to help me adjust my pace and take a breather.
I have a pretty wide range of music that I enjoy listening to. Anything from old school 90's, classic hip-hop old school rap, to today's pop songs, anything that can help me keep going and watch the miles go by is ok by me!
