Description

If you're looking for a fresh start with your exercise routine and healthy eating habits, this thirty-one day accountability group provides one-on-one accountability as well as inspiration in an online community. Women will find joy in their own personal movement and workouts during the month. Running is not required. Weekly non-restrictive meal planning tips, advice on developing habits and daily inspiration will be included. Each participant will receive weekly private check-ins from a certified personal trainer and daily check-ins with the group. Private weekly weigh-ins are optional.

Participants will be responsible for keeping track of their monthly log. She will receive points for replying to weekly accountability check-ins, meal planning and movement minutes. Eligible participants will be included in a drawing for a $25 gift card to Fleet Feet Madison/Sun Prairie.
