Need some accountability to get moving or to stay on track with your nutrition and a healthy lifestyle? Women Working on Wellness is a monthly fitness & weightloss accountability group. Participants are held accountable via daily Facebook group check-ins and weekly private text messages and weigh-ins. Core & strength workouts; run, walk and run/walk training options provided at your own pace and on your own time. Participants are also encouraged to share their daily step counts and food logs, though this is not required.
