Women Fitness Warriors
Running or Walking Programs + At Home Fitness Programs

Participate from anywhere! Women Fitness Warriors will help keep women moving through running, walking and at-home fitness. Each participant will receive a custom training program and daily support to stay motivated over the next two months. Program runs April 26-June 20.

Investment in yourself: $99

Each participant will receive the following:

  • Program runs online: April 26 through June 20
  • Upon registration, each participant will receive a survey to complete
  • Eight week CUSTOM training program designed for each runner or walker
  • Weekly at home workouts (no or minimal equipment needed) – strength training, core workouts, step workouts
  • Weekly live workouts on Facebook
  • Recorded workouts
  • Weekly private text check-ins from Running Diva Mom as your coach and personal trainer
  • Daily motivation and support from a private accountability group with other women fitness warriors
