Class participants will learn a series of effective exercises to sculpt their arms and shoulders using light hand weights and high repetitions. Ladies will also use their own body weight while performing enjoyable, low-impact mat exercises. This is a fantastic introductory class. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Some will be available at the studio.
