Need a boost to get started with your fitness routine in 2020? Use this virtual challenge group to get you started with routine, habits and options that work for you and your lifestyle. The virtual challenge runs online and on Facebook January 5-26.
Participants will receive a calendar of suggested workouts, daily tips and motivation to move more and consume more water for three weeks. Each participant will set her own personal goals and check in daily with her daily step count and water intake.
Women can participate from anywhere! Step workouts will be posted. Running, Walking and Running/Walking workouts also provided. No fitness equipment needed - just a comfortable pair of shoes, your phone or activity tracker - and a positive attitude!
