Class participants will get a head-start on their daily step count for the day, while completing a fun, indoor step workout inside the studio. Sessions will incorporate various cardio exercises, jumping, stepping, squatting, lunging and agility drills. We will combine toning the legs and rear with various core and upper body exercises. Each workout will feature upbeat music that will get you moving, but the routines will not be choreographed to the music. This class is great if your have trouble following a long to the typical “dance-type” fitness class!
