On a budget and limited on time? Get all of the benefits of a private personal training session, at a reduced-price, with a small group personal training session. These ten sessions are limited to three women per timeslot. During each 45 minute session, women will complete a variety of full body exercises, work on balance, posture and flexibility -- using minimal equipment. Each week we will complete a new group of exercises, designed so that the workout can also be completed on your own at home. Weekly weigh-ins and monthly measurements also available if requested.
