Women will be in-and-out of the studio during this quick and effective thirty minute class. Participants will work on core conditioning, back strengthening exercises and some introductory arm workouts with bells and resistance bands. This class is perfect for both runners and non-runners.
A changing area is available for those that need to rush out to morning commitments.
Class starts Friday, October 11, 6:30-7:00 am at Running Diva Mom Studio and will include seven sessions.
