Join your certified personal trainer for three live group workouts each week, from the privacy and comfort of your own home. Running Diva Mom will host three workouts each week through the month of June. Participate Live on Facebook, or the recorded version when your schedule allows. Participants will also receive a printout of each fitness routine. These are low to no impact classes, focused on strengthening the arms, core and lower body with little to no equipment.

$20 membership fee includes remaining workouts through the end of June.

Mondays, 8:30-9:15 am
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:15 pm
Thursdays, 6:30-7:15 am
