Dynamic Warm-ups, Stretching & Flexibility for Runners

January 5, 12, 19, 26; February 2, 16, 23; no class on February 9
Seven sessions - $75
Limited to six participants

This class is perfect for both runners and non-runners. Participants will learn effective exercises to fire and stretch the most common areas of the body that are essential for running and fitness. This low-impact class will feature active stretches, resistance bands, mat work and ladder workouts. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Some will be available at the studio.
