Class participants will learn a series of effective exercises to sculpt their arms and shoulders, using their body weight, light hand weights and high repetitions. Learn a series of effective exercises to sculpt arms and strengthen abdominal muscles. Participants will also work on increasing the range of motion of their upper body and strengthening their back. This is a fantastic introductory class.
