Join Running Diva Mom virtually for a full day of movement from the comfort of your very own space! Complete fifteen minutes of movement every hour from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm with various challenges and fitness routines. Challenges will include walks or runs, dynamic warm-ups, full body stretching, fitness routines and a few fifteen minutes Zoom classes for extra accountability (can also be completed on your own). Participants will also have access to a private Facebook group with hourly check-ins. No equipment needed and you can participate from anywhere – just keep moving forward!
